Washed up
What a stonkingly beautiful day! All the work I was due to do - mainly looking for work - had to be dumped so that I could get outside and grab some rays. Started the day in the garden with tea and a book and then headed for Sharp's Green Bay where I harvested some blipfodder before having a coffee and a read in the sun. I came home the long way round along the shoreline through Lower Rainham and Upchurch.
Eats - Chicken thighs, boned and filled with stuffing and then wrapped in bacon and baked. I also had crushed new potatoes which were jolly nice but when did they become a thing? Did I miss a memo? They are somewhere between boiled spuds and mash but I've had them in restaurants so often I always expect them to be far more complex than they actually are. I also had a little fresh cabbage salad on the side.
