Hairlfie

I had the front brake pads changed today necessitating a couple of taxi rides and a large credit card bill. Eh well, at least I know I'm safe for my travels to Kent tomorrow and Hay next week.

Work was stressy, hormone related I feel sure and once I'd recognised that I cooled down a bit. There was a conference call, with the USA. A bit high powered compared to my usual day. The topic under discussion? Asbestos. Riveting.

I once again had to pull the trainee up on his use of the mobile phone during working hours. He simply stares at me, silent, like I'm talking a foreign language. To get him to actually agree not to use it - in words - took a significant amount of time, and I'm still not sure he actually agreed. Think Will off W1A. That's him.

I dashed to Stony to have this done to my hair (and have just finished removing the hairline skin stain with nail varnish remover). I've packed for my trip to Kent and am now enjoying the latest W1A...

Hurrah for long weekends...
