If anything the weather was even worse on the promenade this morning.

The only colour was from the hi-vis vests of this cohort of  the local constabulary being put through an updated version of cycling proficiency tests!

I think the increased use of cycles for routine patrols is an excellent idea. It was good to see so many officers being trained to  become a two wheeled  patrolling presence.

What goes around, comes around. also springs to mind!
