Disaster cake

These were meant to be potato farls. I mistook the term 'wet', thinking that the dough should have looked wet but mine looked dry. I believed my sloppy potato gloop was 'dough'. Mistake.

It wasn't.

The Ards Man is a very good sport for eating this. Maybe I should be paying him danger money?
