A trip to York for a Park Run followed by assisting at a coaching session with the YHOA junior orienteers.

We met at Rowntree Park for some urban orienteering practice. Whilst awaiting everyone's arrival I walked down to the lake. A pair of Coots were busy feeding their offspring.

I liked the way the chick was trying to catch the attention of its parent.
