Roll on...

..flaming June,because May has been baltic. After yesterday's brief spell of heat and sunshine,normal service was resumed today.
Went to check the cattle I carted out on Friday. They are still a bit spooky,so drove up near them,put a couple of bags of barley out on the ground,then retreated to a safe distance . Got a count through the binoculars,all present and correct.Hopefully after a few more times,they will learn to come to the feed when I shout on them. This is all with the aim of being able to get them back in come September.
Got the stove fired up tonight,as my blood must be getting thin and feeling the cold !
