Wild

There's a corner of our garden that's left to the weeds for the bees and butterflies in a place that was originally a compost heap (and a burial place for a hamster!!!). Anytime I have a few seeds left over from the packet, they get chucked in the pile.  

At this time of year it's covered in poppy heads.  Only a few have opened, and they don't last long, but what a show they make ! Wild and blousey.

A copy of the plans for our kitchen extension arrived today. Very exciting.  Emailed them to a builder that was recommended by two friends...haven't a clue how much it will cost, I just hope the price doesn't put us off...otherwise it will be an expensive set of drawings !
