Silvery Tay with heavy clouds

A bright, sunny and showery day - with a hailstone shower!

I dropped the car off at the Garage for rather expensive repairs as a result of the MOT :-(  Fortunately, we were able to have my son's car for the day until we could get our own car back.

After lunch we headed over to Tayport, a favourite destination on the south side of the Tay. There were lots of heavy clouds around and we could see it was raining over on the north side but we had it dry. On the way back to the north, I noticed this great shot of the Silvery Tay, with the Rail Bridge and heavy clouds overhead. We are indeed fortunate to have such beauty so near to us.

We got the car back, now with a fresh MOT - though it is all stored online now.
