Ladybird larva

I spotted this Harlequin Ladybird larva sitting on the wall of a house on my way to the physiotherapist for today's session.

My left foot has been the same as it was yesterday and I've had to put an ice pack on it a couple of times. I managed to do a few exercises with it at the end of today physio though.
