It was a busy baking beginning for me this morning. I made a batch of scones and then a couple of cakes. Yesterday I made some scones and Pat said they looked 'rustic'....hmmm. Actually, rustic went down rather well as one customer asked about booking cream teas for forty people sometime....with rustic scones!!

Anyway, I made strawberry victoria sandwich which sold out very quickly. The chocolate was quite popular too. Pat asked if I was making another strawberry cake in the morning....who knows what I shall create tomorrow ha ha ha.
