Top of the Morning!

On duty at Longshaw again today. I set off early to do a little bit of birding beforehand. It was quite sunny but the wind was bitterly cold. There were quite a few birds around, including Pied and Grey Wagtails, Nuthatches and Pied Flycatchers. This Blackcap was singing in the treetops, and I decided to go with it for today, as it was probably the best bird shot and Blackcaps have been a bit of a bogey bird for me in the past. 
Many thanks for the stars and favourites for yesterday's Kingfisher. it was a dream of a shot for me - a real stroke of luck.
