Its no often.......

......I get a photo of Tess....but I like this one.  We have reduced the amount of Dreamie Treats and her behaviour towards us and Mills and is much improved!  The fur, that she obsessively licks on her tummy (regular blippers will know Tess is bald on her belly), has started to grow back as she is not obsessively licking since the 'day a day' only rule.

In other news...two assignments completed and I have a working title for my final piece...happy girl!  Work is work and my run today was hard work....full head on wind!! And dinner was a fab African dish from a recipe I picked up from Waitrose years ago.
