Wild day - out with a friend

Just had a great day out exploring with Julie , PurpleIsleMum. I wanted to see the bluebells along the banks at Rosemarkie beach before they finished. What a great sight to see, masses of blue flowers bobbing about in the breeze.
There were so many beautiful flowers along the hedgerows and we were lucky to enjoy the sunshine for the whole of our walk.
Julie spotted this ladybird on a nettle leave , the red really showing up against the green but not so easy for the camera to focus on. It eventually flew up and landed on Julie where I managed to grab a few shots just before it flew away again.
We watched a dolphin bow riding, tried to spot and id a bird singing in a tree, smelt the Hawthorn blossom and sat and drank tea and ate cake :)
