My brilliant middle boy's homework challenge complete. He had to construct a model of a Viking longship and decided to make his out of cake.

I helped him a little of course, but to be honest he designed it, he chose the decorations, he measured, mixed and baked the cake and measured, mixed and ate the icing.

It's 90% his work and he is only 7.

I'm impressed.
