Yay, new couch

I don't know if you remember a Blip I did a while ago about my broken couch.  The electric reclining feature had stopped working and was stuck in the reclined position making it very hard to get on and off the couch.
Well after months of the furniture store sending people to try and fix it and then trying to order parts for it, they finally gave up and said if we went to the store we could pick out another couch for the same value as the one that broke. 
We went today and found a similar leather couch with the two end seats that recline.  We only had to pay for a new warranty which we felt was important considering what had happened to our other couch.  I took a photo of the floor model of couch we bought. 
The contractors showed up today to do the demolition in the master bedroom.  They already have all the walls ripped out and the insulation in,  Tomorrow the new walls go up.
