The Ivy

It's good to be able to string out a significant birthday for as long as possible but at nearly three months I think this has to be the last celebration for W's birthday in March. Some good friends paid for us to have lunch at The Ivy in London, which we arranged for today. It has recently reopened after a substantial refurbishment and the Art Deco interior is very comfortable. An excellent lunch; I somehow don't think we'll be eating much this evening!
