Aaaand we're back

Harper is almost back to his normal baby self and i have to say i have missed him, i didnt really realize how much i loved my little toddler until he was no longer him.

He is talking again though with a raspy voice, hes smiling and trying to eat. He has moments of feeling sore and tired but that's to be expected.

 Antiviral meds and pain relief are doing their thing. Hes had pretty decent sleep past couple of nights and having big naps in the day. It would seem that until he had some relief he wasn't able to sleep and get better. The more he sleeps the better hes getting.

He was getting into mischief today and i just let him be, i was so happy to have my toddler back, its so awful when they're so sick , my heart ached for him to be well.

Marley has been so wonderful despite us being pretty busy with Harper. He got to bring home the class toy- tiddles the tiger, last night. they get to do this when they display school values. 

Today he got a certificate in assembly for working hard on his writing. He's made huge improvements and is so settled in school right now. 

I was so proud to be there to see him get it, though when he went up on stage to stand with the other children getting certificates Harper decided he'd had enough and i had to leave, it broke my heart when i realized i didn't even wave good bye to him standing up there so proud or get to clap for him at the end when everyone claps. 

I apologized to him after school and got him a wee matchbox motorbike as a treat for doing so well .

Kanye had his school disco today, they do it during the day at a hall so its easier for the kids, he apparently danced for ages! 

So nice to have my family all back the way we were!
