Make clear for landing

The woodpeckers were back in the garden for most of the day and are not lying off so quickly when they see any movement. This little one is becoming more independent each day. It now feeds by it's self although still taking a feed from Mum and Dad when they area round. It will even fight off the starling's. Two more youngsters arrived later in the morning while this one was on the nuts. He/ she was not happy and there was quite a fight. The little one won !
Roast beef for dinner tonight once David gets in from work. We collected all his work from College today so now he'll be studying in the brand new Uni that opens it's doors next term .
