Peace

I tried long and hard today in an effort to get a good photograph of the carp and shebunkin fish in our pond - and failed! Miserably!
Quite apart from the skittishness of the fish and their determination not to cooperate, reflection of extraneous subjects from the water surface was the major problem.
Short of stripping off and getting into the pool with an under water camera I would never succeed, and so gave up!
The Buddha (featured before) who surveys this corner of the barden (and the fish!) seems so serene and peaceful - a peacefulness that is strangely infectious.
So here he is, with an Acer branch brushing his head, observing all in a study of perfect calm.
