Morning sun

I love the days when we wake up to glorious sunshine and walk in a beautiful warm morning glow. Today I found her (my!) favourite floppy summer hat which has become her school hat. She looks adorable in it. Though I may investigate a proper Aussie style school hat, with full neck tie & toggle as she spends her whole lunchtime cartwheeling and hand standing.

I picked her up and we walked home before she had a quick tea. She was excited for rainbows tonight. They were going for her first trip out. Just for a walk to a field a couple of streets away but she had a great time! She was particularly tired out tonight and retreated back to the comfort/familiarity of mamas bed.
