Forget insecticide!

A year ago I took cuttings from an old garden rose that, each summer, is heavy with tiny pink clusters of flowers. All took root, and now the biggest is in bud - yes, it's even got greenfly! So, when I spotted this ladybird, I imported her to the rose. She wouldn't settle on the infested buds, but she was happy to walk on to this leaf. I hope she'll find her way to her ready-meal!
