Alien flower

This morning did not start so well, I took my bike out of the garage to discover it had a flat tyre. I had a inner tube but I had a look first to see if the existing one could be patched - it could - so I put the fixed inner tube back in and set off for work a few minutes late.

Work was okay, got several small things done - though not all working the way I would like...

The tyre was still inflated when I needed to cycle home, so I was able to cycle home - against a fearsome headwind. My average was pretty dire but it was a good workout none the less! 

Today's blip is a pretty alien looking Nigella/Love-in-mist flower. I rather like them, though we've now only got white ones, all the blue ones have vanished...
