Just Out Of The Oven..........!

Yes.....another Almond &Cherry cake......
We eat a LOT of cake here!!

This is my new way of making fruit cakes.......
On the advice of one of the Best Cake Makers there is....Mary Berry.......she suggests using a Tray Bake Tin...and I have to say it works a dream....in and out of the oven in 30mins....!!!

It's working it's way up to being another lovely day here...
And I probably should be Blipping some of my flowers...
But I couldn't resist when I took this out of the oven......sending all my Blip pals a "virtual slice".............!!!
