Winter

I am not sure if today or tomorrow is the shortest day. I had the opportunity to go outside in the morning and later on in the day to record (via photography) the sun's shadows across the house and garden. This was taken at 10am. There was ice in the birdbath until lunch time so was still chilly. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day and most of the washing dried. I thought the blue sky was nice, this is our garage on the left and house on the right. The sun rose at 7.03 and set at 5.00.
