Ladies who lunch

I went into the garden early to pick flowers for the table arrangement for my lunch party. I was delighted at how many different pink flowers I could find.
It was a beautiful day and we started the meal outside. We came indoors for the main course and stayed round the table until it was time for them to go home. Conversation was wide and varied, it is always a stimulating gathering.
