Pansy "Thoughts"

This little flower is actually a viola, but today it is just a little pansy.
Pansy is just an English way of saying the French word " pansee" which means thought.
People used to send these flowers for their nearest and dearest to remember them by.
Today we remember our very dear friend who lots his fight for life yesterday.
This flower is even more appropriate as we first met him and his wife several years ago while we were all on holiday in France.
We have since become great friends. All of us sharing a great love of France, food, and wine.Sharing all three many times again especially on holiday once more in France.
So our thoughts are with his family, especially K his wife.
We know he is now at peace.
