Sewerby Park Run

On a beautiful morning this was the venue for a Park Run. Starting in front of Sewerby Hall we ran along the coastal path towards Bridlington before turning back and doing a circuit of the gardens of the hall.

Then spent the rest of the day helping middle son Matthew empty his car having left university and then re-pack. He is travelling down to Newmarket to start his Graduate Training scheme with the British Horse Racing Authority.

Next job is where to store everything that has been left behind!
