Midnight Moon

It was a hot sunny day yesterday in contrast to today which has been overcast but very humid, with the hottest July day on record.

The wife finished work yesterday evening and it was so warm we sat in the conservatory and enjoyed a couple of glasses of chilled white wine. Late that evening I could see the moon was full and bright with dark clouds and red in the sky.

Just after midnight I went in the garden and took some pictures of the moon over the top of our garage. I got our weather vane to the one side and a garden tree on the other. I quite like it.
