Something borrowed

For the first time ever on blip I didn't take a photo. Interesting. So I've cheated again and borrowed one from my sis of her bubbles being cute.

Work was fine with an early finish for some networking. All good.

I had my second PT session which happened to be 1:1 as no one else had booked in and sweated buckets but thoroughly enjoyed it and felt great afterwards. Had a long chat with C who's been hugely inspiring for me with her commitment to her health and fitness.

Spent an exhausted evening on the sofa.
