...or, 'Stinking Iris'

Don't let the name put you off...it's a very unusual plant in my garden...produces beautiful pods and bright scarlet berries in the Autumn and through Winter. The flower...a yellow, lilac colour with brown is not very flashy...but they are beautiful in their own way. Native of N.Africa and SW Europe.

Another busy day....managed to watch the some Wimbledon this afternoon. Stunning weather for them!
