*How* early!

As I was collecting mum today, I decided to get up ridiculously early and try to get to my local patch before sunrise.

It was gorgeous - I don't think I saw different animals and birds - except this intriguing gathering of seven little egrets and four grey herons on the road!

As I was walking along I saw this hare coming around the corner so I quickly got onto the ground and waited until he got a bit closer before taking this photo.
