Yep it's that day again...leg day!

I hate this but love it at the same time because it strengthens the bottom half of my body and helps with running. Plus since having these PT sessions I *fingers crossed* have be getting less injuries!! So it's all a good thing.

After getting my backside totally whooped I needed to loosen them up a bit so the DOMS wouldn't hit me so hard the next few days.

Ran, jogged and walked 4 miles on the treadmill. I was so tired and exhausted after that session I just had to take it easy.

After wobbling off the treadmill, I made use of the trigger point foam roller. Yes it hurts.
