Riding

Two of the horses were going by from the nearby riding centre this afternoon and I actually got a fairly decent shot for once! The horses seem to be all shapes and sizes, down to a little Shetland.

It got increasingly humid as the day went on, but not much sunshine at all. The clouds looked a bit threatening but, so far, nothing. This evening we had a church meeting.

I finished reading the new sequel to "To Kill a Mockingbird". It was very cleverly written I thought, but rather emotionally harrowing for quite a large section. I was glad I read it though. Have filled in two gaps in my literary knowledge in the last few days! Am reading something lighter now :-)
