Begonia

I had a wonderful day at the Christchurch Botanic Gardens with mpp26, walking round the hot houses enjoying the exotic blooms within. Although the begonia is not quite so exotic as some, I found the soft colours a delight along with its simplicity.

I also found blipping in the hot houses a challenge with light and composition, it was quite a learning curve.

We enjoyed chatting over lunch before strolling through the beautiful grounds of Mona Vale where spring is creeping in - what a lovely thought :)
