Salts Mill

Met a friend for coffee today in Salt's Diner.

It is on the third floor of this building - the same floor as the 1853 Gallery, home of a number of Hockney paintings - together with a number of interesting retail outlets.

It was nice to be out and, although still rather grey, the day wasn't too bad.

Did a bit of shopping and then returned to find them tarmacking the drive. So almost back to normal. We can get all the cars in including Alex's but we still have the neighbours behind us as they haven't finished theirs yet.

Alex will be cat and house sitting for us when we go south tomorrow.
