Trails

These are my new trail shoes. I'm so excited that they arrived in the post today.

They are Adidas Kanadia TR3's - they're not a new model. The TR4's are the latest model - but they were more expensive and apparently have a new improved arch support. I'm one of those rare individuals that can't take more arch support so I opted for the older model with less support. I have a quite flat foot and any shoes with arch supports give me horrendous blisters.

Can you see the grips on these bad boys? There'll be no slipping around the hills for me! I'm really loving that the soles apparently have a 'mud release surface'... Hmm we'll see about that!

I can't wait to go and try them out on the hills around Arthur's seat. I'm going to go out later on tonight and test them out :)
