Life's a Beach!!

Headed out early to meet up with an old friend, who I used to work with before she moved down to Dorset. We set off (via Devon!) to Lyme Regis where the weather was glorious and the crowds were out in force to see the first day of the town's Lifeboat Week (extra photo 1 with Portland in the background, and 2).

We had a lovely day, strolling along the seafront, around the harbour and out along the famous Cobb (extra photos 3 and 4), catching up on two year's worth of news! We also 'forced' ourselves to enjoy the obligatory seaside bag of salty chips and a 99 ice cream!!

I'm now thinking of retraining as a Lifeguard. These two were obviously very relaxed in their job, but who can blame them with views like this of Golden Gap?! And after all, as they say, life's a beach!!
