Railings

A long and mixed day at work - some good discussions with the customer, but also some very frustrating calls with internal people. Staying in Nottingham again this evening so a quick shot while taken out in the city.

Went to Browns with a colleague for supper. A really nice bistro feel to the place, and very good food. Always too difficult to keep to the smaller dishes and salad when it's going on expenses, so planned ahead and just had salad at lunchtime :-)

These were the railings outside the restaurant. Gloriously old style and all the more striking for having the tops painted silver. I thought the repeating pattern was quite striking.
