"Frequent Flyers"

Today I had someone from Occupational Health visit me with a view to making life easier. Lots of handles steps & goodness knows what, that will help me cope with my long term "aches & pains". The H Centre (Oxford) got this moving for me but I have had to wait 7 months before a home visit could be arranged. Should hear something in the next week to ten days...

Still improving today though I still need a bit of rest so my hip cure will go the right way..
