More rain but not too bad in the morning so we both went for runs. Mr Rat did a circular route of 11.5 miles with a big and a smaller hill, I did the first 4 miles over the smaller hill to this point and then turned round and ran back over the hill against the wind (and a shower).
After lunch we planned to do a short walk and find a tea-room but the rain started again just as we stopped so we just went to find the cuppa!
