Day 78 streaking
I woke up this morning and can't walk! No matter how many times I have leg day it does not get easier.
So instead of moaning I hobbled to the gym and used the cross trainer because there was no way I could run!!! I couldn't even walk never mind run. And also worked on my upper body.
I made myself a nice and healthy dinner of kale, broccoli, chicken and purple potatoes with plenty of fresh chilli. Because the next couple of days will be "cheat days"
Tomorrow I let's try and jog..
