Stop Trying to Bloody Kiss Me

I know I have already done several blips of these minor birds (very common) but they are such characters that today I couldn't help myself......again.

This one especially took my fancy...it was between this and three of them hoeing into a piece of carrot cake.

The sun shone to day for a while...it was so wonderful. Everyone around seemed to be popping their heads out to check out the damage. I did notice that the swamp is now a beautiful lake and the inlets and rivers are full to the brim.

Met a brilliant surfer photographer today...it wasn't all he did but the surfing photos well...they took my breath away.
