Razor wire

I went out to get diesel and to have a bimble. I was heading home blipless when I hit diversion - quite a lengthy one - because Yalding is being resurfaced. This took me past Hampstead Lane lock and the stretch of the river that circles Tea Pot Island and The Anchor. On which note - The Anchor used to be dreadful but it's been bought by Shepherd Neame and Tripadvisor suggests that it is greatly improved.

Anyways. While having a wander I saw this bit of razor wire which has been used to patch a fence and I liked the shapes. As I got back to the car I saw The Kingfisher, the boat I mentioned last week, so I've bunged an extra photo of that in the extra photos bin. I stayed and waved to the passengers before heading homewards along narrow lanes with lovely names including, one of my favourites, "Small Profits".
