Skin Like A Rhinosaurus

Maybe because it is a Rhino.

With it being a nice morning SWMBO and I went in to the zoo.
It is many, many years since either of us have been there and it has changed quite a bit.

I am not sure if the Meerkat TV adverts are cause or effect, but they seem to be at every zoo these days no matter how large or small.

When we went into the pelican enclosure there was a keeper cleaning the glass barriers.
He was getting a hard time from 3 of the birds - biting his arms, stealing his sponge and trying to get the radio from his pocket.
