Porty People and Places

After last night's bumpy landing in the wind and rain today's sunshine was an unexpected treat.

My blip shows reflections and shadows and picks up the distant twin chimneys of Cockenzie Power Station which will be demolished at the end of September.

My day began with this sunny run on the sands. Continued with work at home and in town.

And concluded with a  lovely light summer evening's walk on the beach as the sunset.

I did have a chuckle to myself when I heard that the English were being advised to take vitamin D tablets to compensate for the lack of their summer down  south!!!
