I ll be brief today, my mind chatterings overload me and my iphone battery dying...but my spirit is going wild.

I ran on the sand again and the MRI revealed no fracture, which can only mean one thing, I was meant to suffer a sneaky sprain so I can discover something new about myself.

And I did!! Who ever comes to a blipmeet I am going to organise at Cow and Calf will hear the story. And the blipmeet will be one with a twist, an hour of Yoga on the rocks, at the top of the world, followed by a wonderful pic nic
