Big baler,big bales...

Had a bit of rain during the night,but not much. Another heifer calved this morning,but my old silver charolais cow decided to pop her clogs just to compensate. One in,one out. She always threw either an orange or silver calve,and has been here for 13 years so was quite fond of her.
Dried up enough by lunch time for the contractor to bale the field of straw. Far quicker than me round baling it,and meant I could cart them home.With one other trailer helping ,we had them all done in 6 loads ,and under cover by 7pm.
