Can i forget thee

I had recorder lessons when I was 9 or 10. For that, i beg forgiveness.

At 11 i started Guitar.

Whilst I wont beg forgiveness for that it certainly wasn't a life affirming experience.

While I read music in the way that i know It, it isn't the way other people read music.

Other people read it and know what the tune sounds like; i have to Google the tune listen to it and then make the notes on the paper sound like the noise i just heard.

This is all well and good in these days, but when i was 11, a mere 33 years ago, Google wasn't invented.

My musicality left a lot to be desired. But bloody hell i was good at scales.
