The Potting Shed

After a leisurely start to the day at our little chalet in Knowle, we set off home.

We stopped first at Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a coffee and a wander. We then moved on to Calke Abbey - a National Trust property in Derbyshire.

We had lunch and then walked around the gardens, calling in at the little  church within the grounds.

The fruit and vegetable garden was a great sight - so much variety of produce.

The photo was taken inside the potting shed - I love the fact that there is a grandfather clock sitting in there! Conversion to sepia tone done in Lightroom and contrast boosted a bit.

Trying desperately to catch up with comments / journals after a couple of days away!
