Drummond Castle Gardens

A lovely day today with a delicious lunch at Gloagburn Farm Shop just outside Perth, a drive through the beautiful scenic countryside and then a visit to Drummond Castle Gardens, near Crieff.

I'd shown my friend a photo of the gardens and she had loved them, but I told her they were miles away from us and too far for a trip in one day.  So imagine her delight and surprise when we took her there this afternoon:-)  She was so thrilled when she saw this view that she gave me a huge hug!

Weather overcast and a bit cool, but no rain, so walking round the gardens was most enjoyable and tomorrow looks even better.  Hope it's nice where you are too:-)
